But in a new archiving obtained by E! News, the rapper (real name Shawn Cartersays to space, as well as his godmother and caretaker Lillie Coleyhas “harassed” him with the claim.
In the documents, Archived JuneE 16Jay-Z-who share children Blue ivy13 and twins Rumi and Sir8, with wife Beyoncé—Mallged that a lawsuit has recently been submitted by the 30-year-old and Lillie is “just the latest” in what he calls “decades of harassment.”
“The charges manufactured and statements have been dealt with – and rejected – in several other courts,” the documents read, “and the plaintiff’s continued harassment by the defendant and breach of these decisions have already resulted in a contempt.”
Jay-Z also requested additional time to formally respond to Spacir’s trial, which was submitted on May 3, claiming that it was “not properly served” and that he did not know its existence until the beginning of last month. In fact, the “Empire State of Mind” requested the legal team for another four weeks to “evaluate the complaint and decide how to respond or otherwise pray.”
