Julie said in a video she published the same day that she “literally had no contact” with Ruby and added, “She would not respond to any texts or e -mail messages.”
Bonnie continued, “the more I learn, my feelings turn more to anger. I am angry. I am angry at what has happened. I am beyond disgusting and I feel it makes me shake. It makes me shake because it is unknown. It is really incredible.” She also said in her video that it was Kevin’s “job to check in on things and he didn’t.”
Asked about Bonnie’s accusation that the father of sex had failed to protect his children, Kevin’s lawyer told us today.com That his client was “more interested in reaching out to his children, family and friends to heal the past trauma and events” than to discuss his sister -in -law.
“He is focused on doing what is best for his children at this time, even if it means undergoing a certain introspection,” the lawyer continued. “However, none of that process will create more distances between him and his family, including his large family. He wishes Bonnie and her family well because we all travel down this healing path.”
In the case of Ruby and Jodi, they both cited guilty to four incorrect bills of second degree aggravated abuse against children in December and was sentenced to Four consecutive one- to 15-year sentences February 20.
In accordance with to NBC NewsRuby’s exact time behind bars will be determined by Utah Board of Pardons and Parole, but she seemed ready to accept her punishment. “I’m humble and willing to serve prison,” Franke told Judge John Walton under her appearance. “I understand that this will take time.”
