Tom Hardy is back in action – literally. The “Venom” star Leads Gareth Evans long-awaited Netflix-action-thriller, “Destruction. “Hardy plays Walker, a blue -marked detective that struggles through the criminal underworld that threatens to engage in an entire city.
The filmOfficial synopsis reads: “In the aftermath of a drug trafficking, Walker has been with a number of fractions on the tail: a vengeful crime syndicate, a crooked politician, as well as his colleagues. When trying to save the politician’s foreign son, whose commitment to the drug agreement begins to reveal a deep web of corruption and conspiracy, he is forced to confront the demons from his past. ”
“Raid” movie Evans writes and directs the film, such as co-stars Jessie Mei Li, Justin Cornwell, Quelin Sepulveda, Luis Guzmán, Michelle Waterson, Sunny Pang, Jim Caesar, Xelia Mendes-Jones, Yeo Yann Yann, Timothy Olypant and Forest Whitaks. Evans also produces together with Hardy, Ed Talfan and Aram Tertzakian.
Hardy recently finished his “Venom” trilogy with “The Last Dance”, released in October 2024. He also showed up in Jeff Nichol’s “The Bikers”, with his performance Draw comparisons with Marlon Brando.
