“Thieves“Fans may not have to wait another seven years between sequels.
A third film in Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson-led franchise is in development at LionsgateIndiewire has learned, with both Butler and Jackson expected to repeat their roles as the rogue police “Big Nick” O’Brien and Master Thief Donnie Wilson respectively. Christian Gudagest, who wrote and directed both “that of thieves” and “The of Thieves 2: Pantera” is also in conversation to return to the third film.
Tucker Tooley Entertainment and Butler’s production company G-Base will also return as producers on the project. Lionsgate will distribute the film.
No plot information has been announced.
“Pantera” topped the US checkout with one 15.5 million dollar opening weekend And has so far increased $ 32 million. The film debuted at PVOD Tuesday, January 28. The first “Den of Thieves” collected $ 80 million all over the world.
