“Comb’s manipulated women to participate in orchestrated performances of sexual activity with combs,” read the document. “Combs ensured participation from the women by, among other things, getting and distributing drugs to them, checking their careers, exploiting his financial support and threatening to cancel the same and using threats and violence.”
After his September arrest, Combs did not appeal guilty to all three federal accusations submitted against him – racketeering, sex trafficking of violence, fraud or coercion and transport of engaging in prostitution. In December he wrote about Instagram That the accusations made against him are “sickening”, adds “, I did not do any of the terrible things that are claimed.”
His lawyer has accused prosecutors of making a big mistake in the new prosecution.
“The prosecutor’s theory remains incorrect,” the lawyer said in a statement to E! News January 30. “The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Comb’s former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes.”
The lawyer added, “Mr. Combs is as engaged as ever to fight these accusations and win at the trial.”
The trial will start May 5.
