Wear! News has reached reps to Sullivan to comment on his stepson’s statement but has not heard.

Following S’s rescue from the February fire, the investigators accused Sullivan, 56, for first -degree abuse, kidnapping in the second degree, illegal restraint in the first degree, cruelty to persons and reckless danger in the first degree, according to one Mars statement from the Waterbury Police Department. But stepmother’s lawyer Caloids has denied the allegations brought against their client.

“It’s absolutely not true,” Kaloidis told NBC Connecticut Last month. “He was not locked up in a room. She did not limit him in any way. She provided food, she provided protection. She was blown away by these accusations.”

He added, “We think the evidence comes out, you will see that she is not the villain she is made to be. Absolutely not.”

Sullivan has cited not guilty and is currently out on Bond pending trial after a March 28 court appearance, NBC New York reported.
