The first Emmy winners 2025 are here.
Television Academy announced the winners of Juried categories from animation, costume, emerging media programming and movement design on Tuesday, which highlighted the first set of Emmys that was awarded this season.
The biggest winner was “Love, Death + Robots”, who won Emmys in four designations: character animation, character design, production design and storyboard. This animated series was dragged by “Aracne”, which picked up two Emmys (one for background design and another for color). All six of these trophies fell under the umbrella category outstanding individual performance in animation.
Three individual winners were announced among the legal categories on Tuesday. One was “Beyoncé Bowl”, the half -time houses on Christmas Day with a headline by Beyoncé on Netflix. This took home an Emmy in outstanding costumes for variety, nonfiction or reality programming.
Other individual winners were “White Rabbit”, which won outstanding innovation in Emerging Media programming and “Octopus!”, Which won outstanding movement design.
Television Academy’s Juried categories have no nominees. Participants are evaluated by a panel of individuals in the peer groups relating to each award. This panel can choose a single winner, several winners or no winners at all for each category. Those chosen by the panel skip the nomination process and go directly to the Emmy victory.

All six outstanding individual performances in animation winners will be presented at the 77th Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony on Saturday, September 6. Outstanding movement design will also be presented on this night. The other two winners, “White Rabbit” and “Beyoncé Bowl,” will receive their prizes at the Creative Arts Emmy ceremony on Sunday 7 September.
An edited version of Two Night Creative Arts Emmy Awards will be broadcast on FXX Saturday September 13 at. 20.00 pdt.
