“Nobody wants this” star Jackie Tohn is set to host for 27th annual Costume Designers Guild Awards On February 6, CDG announced on Friday.
Kate Beckinsale, Quinta Brunson, Colman Domingo, Kathryn Hahn, Mindy Kaling, Justine Lupe, Connie Nielsen and Paul Tazewell will all be present at the ceremony to be held at EBELL in Los Angeles.
2025 CDGAs will also help rebuild the city by collaborating with online auction houses Propstore To raise money after the fire fires by offering “extraordinary items provided by members of the costume community” in support of IATSE Emergency Relief Fund.
“The 27th CDGA will integrate a meaningful new effort, which is dedicated to supporting those affected by the latest devastating fire fires in Los Angeles,” said Guilden in Friday’s release. “The entire IATSE has launched a significant collection initiative to help the communities affected by these outstanding events, and Costume Designers Guild Awards have undertaken to contribute to this effort.”
In addition, the CDGAs will honor the Jenny Beavan with Career Achievement Award, Salvador Perez with Distinguished Service Award, van Smith with Edith Head Hall of Fame Award, Zoe Saldaña with Spotlight Award and Janelle Monáe with The Ganguard Spotlig.
In addition to starring in “Nobody Wants this” with Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, Tohn is also known for “The Good Place”, “Glow” and “Platinum hit.”
