“Road House 2 ″ on Amazon MGM Studios have dropped Guy Ritchie In order to direct the follow -up measure film it will start Jake GyllenhaalIndieview has confirmed.

Ritchie and Gyllenhaal previously worked together on another Amazon MGM movie, “The Covenant.” Ritchie has been particularly busy too late, as he has the adventure movie “Fountain of Youth” with John Krasinski who debuted next month on Apple TV+. He has already had the series “Young Sherlock” debut on Prime Video and Tom Hardy series “Mostr” on Paramount+. His latest project is “Wife & Dog”, which stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike and Sir Anthony Hopkins. Someone buys this guy a beer the next time he releases at the roadhouse.
The prey is also reunited with Amazon MGM after producing the upcoming “Mercy” with Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson, a sci-fi crime thriller that opened in theaters on January 23, 2026.
