It is the year 2025 and we are blessed with not one, and we dare not even say two, but three New Jane Austen adaptations. Miss Austen is celebrating 250 years this year, and it is not a moment too early to celebrate the life and work of the iconic author.
Now, exactly two decades after Joe Wright’s “Pride & Prejudice” made film history with Darcy (Mathew Macfady) Handler seen ‘around the worldThere are a number of modern adjustments in the works, not to mention other latest works inspired by her life and most beloved novels, From the movie “Jane Austen ruined my life” to Series “Miss Austen.”
And “Pride & Prejudice” is hardly the only Austen book that gets new life in two (!!) format, because the Austen is suddenly everywhere, again. In front we break down the upcoming adjustments and provide some guidance on previous items you can enjoy right now.
“Pride and prejudice” (Netflix)

Format: Limited TV series
