But Mark’s mission to save Gemma not only revealed the truth about Cold Harbor. As he went through the basement in Lumon, Hans Innie also came across the real purpose of the goats, as he and his Lumon colleague Helly (Britt Lower) was first discovered in a back office room during season one.
After completing the file, the Eagan family killed from the experiment’s Innie test, and it seemed to do so, the goats needed to be killed as a ritual victim.
Of course, these revelations still do not bind a nice arch on the entire corporate corrupt business. After all, the final ended before the viewers found out what was happening to Mark, whose Innie chose not to escape the Lumon building with his Outtie Mrs. Gemma and decided instead of staying back with Helly, which he fell in love with.
Plus Irving’s fate (John Turturro) – who was sent away and told to never return to the city of Kier after compiling the Burt (Christopher Walken) has more power at Lumon than he released – has not yet been revealed. And all the interrupted golvas – including Dylan (Zach Cherry), who returned to work in the final after trying to resign from its position in section nine – is sure to have consequences to help land complete their mission.
