EA HANKS is Tom’s only daughter from his previous marriage to Susan.
And while her siblings caught the filmmaking of the error, she persecuted another career path.

According to a description From publisher Simon & Schuster, the book describes EA’s journey when she “follows the same path as a long ago road trip with her mother in an attempt to better understand the complicated woman who gave her life.”
In a book extract shared by PeopleEA looks back on the time after her parents’ split where Susan had custody of her and Colin while Tom saw the children on the weekends. But one day she continued, her mother moved them from LA to Sacramento without giving her dad a heads-up.
“My dad came to pick us up from school and we’re not there,” EA wrote. “And it turns out that we haven’t been there for two weeks and he has to track us.”
In the book, EA also shared its experience of living with her mother and wrote the garden was “full of dog st”, “the house tank of smoke”, and “the fridge was naked or full of expired food.”
“One night, her emotional violence became physical violence,” wrote EA, “and in the aftermath I moved to Los Angeles, right smack in the middle of seventh grade.”
