Brian Laundrie’s Family Lawyer Slams Gabby Petito Netflix Documentary

The police officers gave Brian Laundrie the benefit of doubt

On August 12, 2021, a witness called 911 to report that he had seen a man hit a woman on the side of the road in Moab, Utah, after which they drove off and the van they went in a curb.

Body Cam pictures from Moab City Police’s meeting with Brian and Gabby that day were broadcast weeks later during the investigation of Gabby’s fate.

But it is still shocking to see Gabby in principle take responsibility for their physical change, and told officers that she had anxiety and “really bad OCD” and Brian really emphasized her but had tried to calm her.

Brian had scratches on his face from Gabby’s phone, he said, telling the police that he was trying to push her away when she was trying to get the vans from him.

When a police officer asked Gabby how she got bruises on her face and arm, she said all the time “I don’t know.” But she had screamed at him, she said, telling the police, “I guess I beat him first.”

One officer told another, according to pictures, that “From what she claims, she is the complete aggressor here.”

A police officer then escorted Brian to a hotel called in the area as a refuge for victims of home violence, while Gabby got the keys to the van and told us where, said an officer, she could get a cheap hot shower to “decompress, a bit . ”

The couple was ordered to refrain from contact, including SMS, until the next day, but they were reunited that night and were soon on their way to Salt Lake City.
