Grab your Martini, the sequel to “A Easy Service” is almost here.
Anna Kendrick and Blake lively surprises their respective roles for Paul Feigs long -awaited sequel to Loved the 2018 movie. This time, ”Another Easy Service“Takes the poisonous home -free abroad, as Lively’s character Emily marries again.
The official synopsis reads: “Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (lively) are reunited on the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant weddings to a rich Italian businessman. Together with the glamorous guests, expect murder and storage to RSVP for a wedding with more turns than the road from Marina Grande to Capri Town Square. ”
Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Elizabeth Perkins, Michele Morrone, Alex Newell, Elena Sofia Ricci, Henry Golding and Allison Janney co -star.
“Another Easy Service” will open 2025 SXSW Film & TV festival with its World premiere. Feig directs and produces the function, which was co -written by Jessica Sharzer (who wrote the original film) and Laeta Kalogridis. The first movie was based on Darcey Bell’s best -selling novel.
The film is produced by Feigco Entertainment’s Paul Feig and Laura Fischer and executive produced by Jennifer Booth, Jessica Sharzer and Marco Valerio Pugini. The feature is a Lionsgate and Feigco Entertainment production.
“Another Easy Service” is an Amazon MGM Studios film. Feig worked with develop the script for almost three years between 2022 and 2024 before they went into production in April 2024. “Another simple service” was first announced In March 2024 as a Prime Video Streaming Only Release.
Feig earlier told indifire That he hopes “another simple service” is his version of “Godfather: Part 2” when it comes to sequel. “I always look forward to,” Feig mentioned. “I had so much fun to make the sequel” a simple service “, but I try to avoid them. I don’t want to fall back on old qualities all the time. I just think they are good on their own. There are not so many amazing sequels in the world, I hate to say.
