Clayton continued to share how much his dance has been due to him after BachelorExplained that it helped him to develop “self -confidence” and “self -love” even though he is not the most skilled.
“I’m really so grateful to have found something that I get to work with myself every day and challenge myself,” he said. “I’m not the biggest on it and I’m aware of it, I’m not fraudulent, but I’m versus every day I get in that studio.”
“It’s motion therapy,” he continued. “It’s allowed me to release a lot of my anger and frustrations.”
Clayton also shared how he hopes his own dance trip will continue to inspire others to try new things.
“Dance has done so much for me and the cool thing is that it has not only given myself self -love and self -confidence, but it is inspired other people to get the courage to go out of their comfort zones and try something new,” he explained. “I know I’m not the next big dancer; I’m just doing what’s fun, but I have to stand up for myself, and that’s why I make this video.”
He added in his message to Gabby, “I don’t want people to be afraid to try something new because bullying online, like what you do, affects them in a way that stops them.”
