Now when Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has decided on their new Board memberInvited in Hundreds of new membersand chose its New presidentThe organization has now announced the newly elected board members and officials and officials 2025-2026.
Academy Foundation specifically monitors all educational, conservation and cultural activities for the academy, including the academy Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Academy Margaret Herrick Library, Academy Film Archive, Academy Collection and Academy’s Talent Development Programs.
The Academy Foundation Board consists of 12 managers who are also members of the Academy Board of Governors.
In response to the news, Academy CEO Bill Kramer said via statement, “Through the work with Academy’s Museum, Collection and Education Programs, Academy Foundation promotes our mission to celebrate artistry and innovation in filmmaking, inspire new generations of filmmakers and preserve our global film history.” He added, “I am deeply grateful to our board members of the Academy Foundation, whose leadership and commitment help promote these meaningful initiatives.”
Casting Director Kim Taylor-Coleman was elected chairman of the Academy Foundation Board.

Academy Foundation Board members and officials serve one year’s condition. As representatives of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, New Academy President Howell Taylor, Kilmurry and Taylor-Coleman will also work in the Academy Museum Board of Trustees for a year.
These appointments come after the New Academy Museum Trustees was added in June. The group includes both governors such as Jason Reitman (director branch) and managers outside the Academy Board of Governors as Toho Co. President and CEO Hiro Matsouka.
