Lee told us Deadline that he screened “highest 2 lowest” for Martin Scorsese, and wrote The Scorsese “Gusade about Denzel’s magnificent spectacle”, and the Scorsese was “so happy” for Lee.
“Highst 2 Lowest” is an Apple original feature in collaboration with A24, which plans to release the movie theatrically before it flows on Apple TV+. Alan Fox wrote the script for “highest 2 lowest” with director Lee, who will produce through his 40 acres and a Mule Filmworks banner.
“Highst 2 Lowest” will be released August 22 from A24 followed by Apple TV+ via Apple Original Films in September. Check out the teaser below. But first the film premieres out of the competition in Cannes in May.
