Kerry Washington Is on its way to Wisteria Lane.
The Scandal alum is linked to executive producing a spinoff of ABC Dramatics series Desperate housewives Currently under development at Onyx Collective, E! News can confirm.
The new series, entitled WisteriabananDescribed as a funny, sexy, dark comic soap/mystery in the original series, which was broadcast from 2004 to 2012. Similarly, the reinforced attitude focuses on an eclectic group of neighbors with secrets hidden under the surface of their image-perfectful, Instagram-friendly lives.

In fact Marc recently suggested on develop one’s own revival of the series, admitted that he had “a couple of ideas to do it” – although no one seems to involve the original role.
“I would probably like to do the idea perhaps for a previous decade,” he told People In November. “Because the character I miss writing most is actually Wisteria Lane. It was the most fun playground that someone in TV history has ever had, because we owned the whole street. I know the street as the back of my hand.”
