Tammy Slaton is not the only one 1000-LB. Sisters star on a body transformation journey.
Her sister Amandhalterman showed off their own narrower physique on social media, which caused many fans of the TLC star to share their support.
“Congratulations to that weight loss!” One person commented on a photo that the 44-year-old published by himself Instagram March 17, while another user wrote, “You look so happy and healthy!”
Just a few days before she shared her transformation, Amanda shared insight into her struggle with confidence. “I know what it’s like to fight with self -confidence,” she said Instagram March 15. “Mellow reminds me every day how he looks me through the eyes and it helps so much.”
She added, “I learn to love myself enough to accept both compliments and constructive criticism, and I can feel that I am growing into the person I am meant to be. I hope you discover it too!”
Days later, Amanda shared more inspiring words for her followers. “The tough truth: Success is not for the weak,” she wrote on Instagram March 19. “Everyone wants success until it’s time to do what success requires. No dividends. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just discipline, texture and sacrifice.”
