9. To prepare for the physically demanding role, Lawrence underwent various training methods.
“It’s lots of training but the education is really fun,” she told MTV News. “I have done archery for about six weeks, and rock climbing, tree climbing, battle, running and arches. But also yoga and similar things, to remain cat -like.”
10. Lawrence had an accident on the last day of his six -week training program and hit a wall during an exercise that almost delayed production.
“I ran at it and my foot didn’t go up, so I caught the wall with my stomach,” Lawrence revealed to Hollywood Reporter. “My coach thought I had blown up the spleen. I had to get a cat scan and go into a tube where they put this burning fluid in the body.” Fortunately, nothing was broken and a blue -marked Lawrence could continue.
11. Hutcherson also trained a lot before filming, told Collider 2012, “I had never really done it for a movie. I put on about 15 kilos of muscle, so it was a lot to eat chicken and a very high protein, low carbohydrate.”
