Love it or list it gets a makeover.
Over one year after prolonged cohost Hilary Farr announced that she was leaving here Home Renovation Show After 19 seasons, HGTV have found its replacement in other network star Side conductor.
During the recent 20th season of reality series, Page will compete against returning Cohost and real estate agents David Visentin to help homeowners tired of their properties.
“In each section, Page will renovate its shiny property to home for his dreams while David is looking for a new house that will better meet all their needs,” announced the network in a press release on January 5 and adds, “The new season is scheduled for the summer of 2025. “
And Page – which has renovated decorated its fair share of houses on many other popular HGTV series – cannot be a more perfect fit for filling Farr’s shoes.
“HGTV -Fans first came to Love Page Turner on Turn or flop Nashville and Fix my flip and was introduced to her competitive page for two seasons of Cradle the block,” Loren RuchHead of content, HGTV said, in a statement. “Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower when she enters this famous real estate rivalry. We can’t wait to see her give David a run for his money.”
