No. 10: He can handle the pressure
Travis has not only played in four Super Bowls and won three of them (NBD!), But he is also worth Saturday Night LiveSo you know he can easily handle intense headlights.
It may seem trivial, but Taylor has written several songs about her fear that her fame may turn out to be too much for her romantic partner to deal with. (See: “Peace” and “The Archery.”)
“It depends on who you are with,” said Taylor in, “if they have a serious problem with it, I guess you hide or whatever, but I don’t like it, because it makes me feel like I’m ‘m running from the law or something.
“I feel that if you can be in a relationship and have it normal, it would be good.”
And in his WSJ interviewTravis proved that he is more than ready for the pressure that comes with dating someone as powerful as Taylor.
“Of course, I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of Aura about them … I’ve never handled it,” he said. “But at the same time I don’t run away from any of it.”
“The review she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass, every day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she goes off, and she just lives, enjoys life,” he added. “When she acts, I should not be the one who acts everything strange.”
