Friends, citizens, other Aficionados in Marmalade, lend me your ears! Something very interesting has happened in the campaign for Upcoming 2025 film We have known that we are called Paddington in Peru. The brand new Threequel involving the Peruvian bear still looks very fun in his recently released USA’s teaser, and although there are not many new images, a particularly difficult absence has been noted by the fans. It has led to a torrent of quite hysterical and surprisingly polite, comments.
How Paddington in Peru’s USA teaser differs from the British version
As you can see above, the American teaser released by Sony only seems to have the video listed as ”Paddington – Official trailer. “Doubled this curious chain of events is the lack of mentioning for the title of both the video and the official graphics that come up on the screen at the end.
The good news is that Paddington 3’s January 2025 release date Is still in play, as it is included in the final picture. So at the moment we should not worry about any delays that separate the world further from Ben Whishaw’s mild bear and the quest for his ancestors home.
That being said, the total absence of a title is the ultimate main scraper, especially when the video could have been marked with something as innocent as Paddington 3. Studiocanal’s official American teaser really has the full title, although it is absent from the pictures. It is a scenario that is as sticky as a marmalade sandwich covered with marshmallow fluff and inspires these well-played reactions in the comments in the official trailer on Youtube:
- “Ah yes, Paddington, the sequel to Paddington 2.” – @MidnightCrow2092
- “Uhhh ………. Did they forget the title of their own movie?” – @Samil679
- “Maybe they had some license problems with Peru” – @5madmoviemakers
- “Finally a prequel to Paddington 2! I always wondered why they started at 2 instead of 1” – @islaninja
- “Oh okay I’m down for this remake! (Someone gets fired)” – @crazymanhog
While I highly doubt that someone would lose their job over this Paddington in Peru Debtakel, it gives up an interesting question. One that is even more interesting to think about when we are on the way to November 8th edition of this image in the UK, with its title still seemingly intact in the creator Michael Bond.
Is Paddington 3 on the way to a surprise name change?
You could say that director Dougal Wilson’s entry into this beloved series has already seen a lot of change during his lifetime thanks Paddington 3’s throw Seeing the role that Mrs. Brown changes hands from Sally Hawkins to Emily Mortimer. But the differences in these trailers feel as if it indicates that some branches of international marketing have not decided on compensation.
You can see this on Sony Pictures Youtube channels in Malaysia and Canada, which are labeled just the same as the American version. Which is strange, given Sony Pictures India has Paddington in Peru Included in the label. For comparison, take a look at the previously released British version of Paddington in Perus Teaser:
What is also interesting is that this new look at the project is completely absent of all previous pictures that showcase the brown family’s inclusion in the adventure. It also feels like a sign of different advertising strategies between Studiocanal and its international distributor, which is just concern that a name is changing all the more valid. Either that or Comparison with Grief Triangle is about to be more worryingly pronounced than we thought.
We may have to wait until Paddington in Peru Opens in the UK on November 8 before we see any kind of closure on this issue. If the film does not work as its studio hikers would like, there is a potential that the name will change for another piece on the sandwich throughout the world for the January 17 debut.
Let’s hope that fandom remains as stylish and polite as they were above, while we wait for further updates. Opportunity can be best served to look over the first Paddington movie (one actually has that title), as it is currently available to them with a Netflix subscription or a tubi account.
