“Because people can feel it,” Hall chimped in to get along.
When it comes to how Hall maintains her poise when she was worthy, she shared that when the microphone is on, it’s time to start the show no matter how worried you can be.

When Poehler asked Hall how she could get through “The Year of the Slap” between Will Smith and Chris Rock, Hall said she had Wanda Sykes and Amy Schumer by her side as co-hosts.
“It was wonderful to have them and not do it alone,” Hall said. “There is something with show-must-go-on mentality … because at that time you think of your audience. You want your audience to continue to enjoy the show … and that’s the thing with a live show, everything can happen anyway when you do something live.”
