VMAS 2025: Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, Joe Perry and more tribute to Ozzy Osbourne

AerosmithS Steven Tyler and Joe Perry led a musical tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne at MTV Video Music Awards September 7, there beside Yungblud and Nuno Bettencourt They honored Black Sabbath Cofounder with a medley of its biggest hits.
But first Ozzy’s son Jack Osbourne appeared in a video message With their children and said, “I wish we could be there with you all tonight when you celebrate my father’s fantastic musical journey. I know for sure it would make him extremely happy to see these amazing musicians continue his legacy and help inspire the next generation of rockers.”
Yungblud started the show with a shirt -free performance of “Crazy Train”, before moving into the ballad “changes.” Aerosmith musicians then went into the limelight for “Mom, I come home”, with Yungblud who went with them at the end to form a powerful trio.
“Time has passed, it seems to be / you could have been a better friend for me / mom, I come home,” Sang Sang, while a cross was lit by purple light behind him. They shouted at the end of the tribute, “Ozzy Forever!”
