Cinespia for screena ‘silence of the lamb,’ ‘princess bride’, and more


Los Angeles -the staple Cinespia -Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video-Sponsored Event that transforms the iconic Hollywood Forever Cemetery into the city’s hottest cinema every summer weekend – has announced its next slate of classics, Bring the series All the way to the end of the season.

“Labor Day Weekend is one of our favorite times of the year, and there is no better way to celebrate than with fantastic films and a large audience,” said Cinespia founder John Wyatt. “There is something electric about closing the summer with these timeless movies, especially when you watch them with thousands of people under an open sky.”

Labor Day Weekend will offer two definitely different film Favorites for the audience. First up on August 30 is ”Princess Bride“Rob Reiner’s funny fairy tale who takes Cary Elwes’ Westley and Robin Wrights Buttercup on a rolling adventure that also includes Mandy Patinkin, Chris Saradon, Christopher Guest, Wallace Shawn, Peter Falk, Billy Crystal and André the Giant.

The following evening fans can return to Hollywood forever for a real cooler, Jonathan Demmes “The silence of the lamb. “Thriller in 1991 took home Oscars for the stars Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins, whose respective Clarice Starling and Dr. Hannibal Lecter characters are some of the most iconic ones ever undertaken to celluloid. This year’s summer season has been particularly popular, with almost every week selling out and gathering 4,000 people to celebrate cinema in the industry’s brand city.

In addition to these movies, tickets are still available for “The Addams Family” on July 26, “Point Break” on August 2, “The Lost Boys” and “An American Werewolf in London” Slumber Party on August 9, “Zoolander” on August 16 and “Psycho” on August 23.
