Siew Hua Yeo looks at the surveillance thriller genre through a new lens. The author/director has been compared to Michael Haneke and Alfred Hitchcock with his latest function, “Stranger. “They film Debuted in Venice in 2024, where it was the first Singaporic film to ever compete for Golden Lion.
