2025 Gotham Television Award nominated

The Emmy season is above us, and although we will not see these nominations until July 15, the other annual Gotham Television Awards can give us a taste of what we can expect from TV’s biggest night. The mix contains critically acclaimed series such as Netflix’s “Adolescence”, Max’s “The Pitt”, AppleTV+’S “The Studio” and FX/Hulus “Dying for Sex”, “Say Nothing” and “English Teacher”, among several newcomers.

“By building on the success of last year’s first ceremony, the Gotham Television Awards return with new categories, expanded tributes and a larger stage to celebrate the creators and artists marking today’s TV landscape,” said Jeffrey Sharp, CEO of Gotham. “As the first price exhibition in the new TV season, we are proud to gather the industry’s most exciting new voices, celebrate breakthrough and deepen our commitment to support the creative society.”

Among the new categories for 2025 are outstanding original film, broadcast or streaming and outstanding lead or supportive performance in an original film.

The nominees are determined for each genre by a panel of TV -writing professionals consisting of various stores from TV to print to web media.

The Gotham 2025 Television Awards ceremony will be held live at 19 o’clock on Monday June 2 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
